Viña del Mar Municipal Conservatory, piano: Teacher: Cristina Herreros, theory: Alfredo Berríos.

Organ studies:
Anglican Church of Valparaíso with teacher Michael Hemans, 1957‑1960.
University of Chile in Santiago with teacher Julio Perceval, 1960s.
Harmony: teacher Julio Perceval and Carlos Botto.
Scholarship to study music in Germany (Musik Hochschule in Munich) from 1969 to 1975:

Organ: with maestro Karl Richter from late 1969 to May 1975.
