AMADO CADENA RAMOS
Amado Cadena Rramos was born in Tarija on October 8, 1967. Carpenter since 1985 and studied piano for 6 years at the "Mario Estensoro" Music School in Tarija. Organist of the Cathedral from 1983 to 2006. He began his career as an Organ Builder in 1997, having worked as a volunteer in the restoration of the historic organ. from Santa Clara de Sucre with French Masters.

In 1999 he restored the Organ of the Franciscan Convent of Tarija with the French Organ Builder Philippe Devos. In 2000 he restored the Organ of the Missions of Santa Ana de Chiquitos with the French Master J.F. Dupont.

In 2003 he finished building his first Organ at the expense of two manuals with pedal board and 625 pipes. which was premiered in the Cathedral of Tarija by the French Organist Francis Chapelet.

In 2004 he was hired by APAC. To be in charge of the maintenance, repair, restoration and tuning of all Claves and organs that are used for the" Misiones de Chiquitos Renaissance and Baroque Music Festival, a position that he currently continues to occupy.

Since 2005 he has been in charge of maintaining the bodies of the Lutheran Church and Works of the City of La Paz.

In 2005 he spent two months in Sao Paulo Brazil in the workshop of Master William Takahashi to specialize in the manufacture and maintenance of Keys.

He has worked on the installation of the Organ of the Missions of Santiago and the Temple of Jesús Nazareno in the city of Santa Cruz, both instruments of North American manufacture.
Their instruments, especially portable organs, are being required abroad and inside the country, using the traditional mechanical and manual manufacturing technique of the 17th century with materials from the region such as, cedar wood, pine, cinchona, oak and sheep, goat and beef skins.

The transportable organs have been acquired from his workshop in Cochabamba for the Bach Fest, also one in San Ignasio de Moxos and two instruments for the Misiones de Chiquitos Festival organized by APAC in Santa Cruz.

Their instruments have also been requested in Paraguay, Brazil, Spain, England, the United States and Chile.
